Rental Application and Info

  • Application Processing Fee: $20 per unit.
  • A refundable security deposit, payable after an application has been approved, will hold any apartment. Minimum deposit $200.
  • Lease terms are available, ranging from six to twelve months.
  • We accept payment by money order or cashier's check. Personal checks may be accepted after three months of rental history. No cash or credit cards, please.
  • Pets smaller than 20 lbs are allowed; A NON-REFUNDABLE $400 cleaning fee will be charged at time of move-in.
